Allow time for response. They may be doing only online advertisement, only offline advertisement, or both. You need to figure out what they need and get their INTEREST. What they don't already have, they need.
How would you like to be able to continue to grow your customer base while growing your revenue base at the same time? I'm talking, spending less money on advertisement, and gaining more customers who are going to show you great value over a long period of time.
Word it anyway you would like to best fit your business model. A phrase as the paragraph above is enough to generate a massive amount of interest about ones' service that they are offering.
Let's put it this way. If you were spending $9000 a month in advertisement and only getting a return of $11,000, you only profited 2 grand for that marketing effort. If you invest only $4500 and see a return of $19,000 then you are seeing much higher numbers at a profit of fourteen five. Any wise investor can see that as a smart decision gone right.
So with that being said. What do you think?
Let them tell you what they think about what you have just pitched them. If you have the ability to tell someone something so astounding that only a fool would tell you no, then there is no way they should decline.
Here is where DECISION comes into play.

Plus when you wife makes a shopping decision, does she call you up to see if it's okay with you? No. She doesn't call you to ask. "John, should I buy Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran." Or does she?
At this point John will make his decision and tell you yes or no. Push as long as you can to convince John that you services are what is needed for his business. If you believe in your services, they will sell themselves.
Finally take ACTION.
Okay John, I am glad that you have decided to sign up for the minimum of 3 months of advertisement. I know that we can show you a return on your investment in that time frame. If not a full return, at least enough results to show you that we are moving in the right direction. One you start generating more revenue, we can definentley swing for the fences on some other greater advertisement services that we offer.
